Iced Coffee Popsicles!

I try to keep these delicious coffee treats stocked in our freezer all summer long. Super easy to make, these popsicles rarely disappoint. For an awesome life hack, consider freezing the excess popsicle mixture in an ice cube tray. Now you can make an iced coffee and never worry about it getting watered down!

If you don’t have a set of popsicle molds at home, I can’t recommend these molds enough. They are the perfect size for a satisfying popsicle, and they are easy to wash/care for.

I usually use super inexpensive coffee for these pops, but sometimes I like to treat myself to the good stuff, and I’ll pick up some of the incredible coffee at Rostov’s here in downtown Richmond! Whatever coffee you choose to use, these popsicles will be absolutely delicious.
